1. Navigate to the messages page in the connecX portal. Messages can be found near the bottom of the left navigator bar.

  2. Select a chat or channel from the list.

  3. Click the Settings icon (located in the top-right corner of the chat/channel).

  4. Select Members.

    From there you'll be able to:
  • View all current members of the chat or channel.
  • Add new members/user groups by clicking the Add Members/user groups button.
  • Remove existing members/user groups as needed.
  • Tip: Quickly add new members by clicking the Add Members icon located in the top-left corner of the Settings page.
