1. Navigate to the messages page in the connecX portal. Messages are near the bottom of the left navigator bar.
   
   
2. Select a group chat or broadcast channel from the list
   
   
3. Click the Settings icon, located in the top-right corner of the chat/channel.
   
   
4. You'll able to see all the recent Media and Files below members. 
   
   
5. Click the see all button see all media and files.
