Steps required to send a Broadcast or Direct message.
1.Select "Messages" from the Menu Bar
2. Select a Broadcast or Direct channel from your channels list, at the bottom of the chat history there will be a text box where you can enter a message.
Note that Broadcast messages will go out to all users in a channel group and cannot be responded to by residents, whilst Direct messages allow are specific resident and management to communicate both ways.
3. Once you have entered in a message press the blue arrow on the right hand side, and the message will be sent down to the relevant users.
