We’ve made a number of upgrades to the Facility Bookings experience in both the Building Manager Portal and the Resident App. These changes improve how bookings are made and managed by making the experience faster, clearer, and more stable along with a fresh new look to match. It is important for you to know that, when the new upgrades are rolled out, all existing facilities for all sites will be migrated and that there's nothing for you to do.

Key Updates in the Portal
Improved Calendar Interface
- A redesigned calendar view gives you a cleaner, more modern layout.
- You can now filter bookings by payment status, making it easier to track bookings that require payments.
Improved Booking Process via Calendar
- During the Create Booking process, when selecting a user, their key information appears directly in the booking modal, without needing to switch to the Users page.
- We've updated how you select a date and time for the booking. You can now click and drag to select time slots, a familiar experience consistent with most modern calendar tools.
Revamped Facility Settings Page
- We’ve redesigned the Facility Settings layout for better usability with a more modern look.
Facilities settings have been improved with the introduction of new options:
- Add multiple timeslots per day for a single facility.
- Copy and paste time slots across days, saving setup time.
- Introduced Fix Time Slots booking. When enabled, bookings will be predefined time blocks (e.g. 1:00 to 2:00 PM). Users can only select from these exact slots, rather than choosing custom start and end times.
- Introduced booking windows to define how far in advance residents can book (e.g. 30 days).
- A new workflow is in place for when integrating iPassan and SALTO access control.
- New updated process for integrating a facility with Stripe payments
- Support for additional line items (e.g. cleaning fees) in facility payment settings.

New Booking Interface
- Residents will see a new and sleek interface when making a booking.

Resident can click and drag booking and expand the selection using the drag handles.
- Redesigned Bookings Page
The My Bookings section has been uplifted with an improved user interfaceSort bookings from latest to oldest, oldest to latest or by categories.
We have also introduced Past bookings, which are now displayed within the bookings page, improving visibility and history tracking.
