How to Cancel a Booking (Resident App)

If your plans change, you can easily cancel a facility, service, or event booking directly through the Bookings page of the app.

Step 1: From the app’s bottom navigation bar, tap on Bookings.

The bookings page will display both Upcoming & Past Bookings. Bookings that already passed, will appear under the Past tab and can no longer be cancelled.

Step 2: Scroll through your Upcoming bookings and tap on the one you'd like to cancel.
This will open the full booking details, including time, facility/service name, and status.



Step 3: Scroll to the bottom and tap the Cancel Booking button.

Once cancelled, you’ll receive a notification confirming the cancellation, and the booking status will change to Cancelled. You’ll also receive an email confirmation.

Important Notes:

Fees: If payments are involved, cancellation may incur a fee depending on who initiated the cancellation (resident or manager) and how the payment structure has been set up. For more information please contact your building manager for assistance.
