Overview:
This article covers how residents can view their upcoming and past bookings for facilities, services, and events within the Bookings page of the app. 


Open the App and Go to Booking. 
From the app’s bottom navigation bar, tap on Bookings.

The bookings page will display both Upcoming & Past Bookings. Bookings that already passed, will appear under the Past tab and can no longer be cancelled. It will displaying upcoming and past bookings for:

  • Facilities (e.g. Meeting Room, Cinema)

  • Services (e.g. Dry Cleaners)

  • Events (e.g. Community BBQs)

The bookings page will display both Upcoming & Past Bookings. Bookings that already passed, will appear under the 


Toggle between upcoming and past bookings

At the top of the page, you’ll see two tabs:

  • Upcoming: Shows all active bookings that haven't occurred yet.

  • Past: Shows all completed or expired bookings.


Tap between these to switch views depending on what you're looking for.



Filter or Sort Your Bookings. 

To narrow down or reorder your bookings list, tap the filter icon in the top right.

You can:

Filter by category (Facilities, Services, Events)

Sort by date: (Newest first or Oldest first)

This makes it easier to find recent bookings or check your historical activity.


View Booking Details

Tap on any booking in the list to view its full details.
When tapping on a Facility Booking you’ll see:

  • Date & time of booking

  • Location and facility/service name

  • Status (e.g. Approved, Pending, Cancelled)

  • Additional notes (if applicable)
