Overview:
This article covers how a resident can create a booking for a facility using the mobile app, including how to navigate to the facilities, select a date, time, and completing the booking process.

How to book a Facility:

Step 1: Starting from the homepage, head to My Building > Facilities


Step 2: Once you are in the Facilities page, click on a Facility you would like to Book.

Step 3: Review the facility’s information, including opening hours, booking rules, description, and terms & conditions.

When you're ready, click Book.




Step 4: Select a Date and time for your booking.

Select a Date

By default, the current day is selected. To change dates, scroll horizontally through the date header or tap a date directly.



To jump forward by months, tap the chevron next to the month/year. The month view will open which will allow you to jump ahead into the future. Lastly, tap Today to return to the current date.




Select a Time Slot

Tap on any white space in the schedule to begin selecting a time. A default 1-hour block will appear. You can adjust it by:


Clicking and dragging the block to a different time



Extending or shrinking the booking using the drag handles



Tapping another empty slot to move the selection


Note: You can only book within the facility’s open hours and max booking duration.


Step 5: Check your booking details. If everything looks good, click Confirm.


You’ll see a confirmation screen once the booking is complete. You can view and manage your bookings from the booking tab.
