Overview:

The Facility Bookings Calendar provides Building Managers with a clear, calendar-based view of all past and upcoming facility bookings within the site.


Bookings made by residents via the app, as well as those created by Building Managers through the portal, are all displayed here. This page enables managers to easily monitor activity, manage bookings, and manually create or edit bookings when needed.



Navigating the Calendar Table

  • Table Views:
    View bookings by week (default), day, month or agenda using the view toggle in the top-right. You can also navigate across Months by using the left and right arrows, or jump to Today. 
    Month – Displays all bookings for the month
    Week – Displays all bookings for the week
    Day – Displays all bookings for the day
    Agenda – Provides a list view of all bookings for the next month

    Time is shown in local time (GMT+10) and scrolls vertically through the day.

  • Filters:
    Use filters to refine bookings by: Facility, Booking Status Pending, Approved, Rejected, Cancelled, Archived) or Payment Status (if payments are enabled)
  • Creating New Bookings:
    Create a new booking by clicking the “+ Create booking” button.

  • Print and Export:
    Print or export booking data using the corresponding buttons in the top-right section.


  • Booking Slot Colours
    Each booking appears as a coloured bar based on its status (e.g. blue for Pending, red for Rejected).


  • Booking Details
    Clicking on a booking opens its full details for review, editing, or managing (approve, reject, cancel, etc.).

Updating Facilities Details:

If a facility needs to be added, removed, or edited (e.g. change open hours, enable payments), go to the Facility Settings page under Settings > Facilities.
