Overview:
The Facility Settings page allows Building Managers to view and manage all facilities available at their site. This is where facilities can be created, updated, or archived as needed.
What Building Managers can do on this page:
View all facilities associated with their site.
Create new facilities using the “+ Create Facility” button in the top right. Learn More
Edit existing Facilities (click on the facility you want to edit) Learn More
Archive/Close existing facilities via the actions column or while edit a facility.
Filter facilities by: Status (Open, Closed, Archived), Bookings (Yes/No), Payments (Yes/No)
Search by facility name using the search bar.
Export the full list of facilities using the Export button.
Column | Description |
---|---|
Facility | Name of the facility (e.g. Music Room, Tennis Court). |
Building | The specific building the facility is linked to. |
Status | Indicates whether the facility is Open (available for booking) or Archived/Closed. |
Bookings | Shows whether the facility can be booked (Yes) or not (No). |
Payments | Indicates if payments are enabled for the facility (Yes/No). |
Actions | Shortcut to close, archive or reactivate facility. |
