Overview:
This article explains how Building Managers can Archive a facility booking. You can Archive a booking that is in either Rejected or Cancelled status, it's important to know that Archiving a facility is irreversible. Users will not be notified when their booking has been Archived and the booking will disappear completely from the resident app.

Follow the steps below on how to Archive a booking


Step 1: Starting from the left navigation bar head to Bookings > Facility Bookings


Step 2: Once you are in the Facility Bookings calendar, select a booking which you'd like to Archive

Tip: Use the filters to quickly locate the booking you want to Archive


Step 3: With the side modal now open, click the 'Manage' button at the footer.



Step 4: A pop-up modal appear. Click Archive Booking.


The Archive process is now complete and the booking status has now been updated to Archive
