Overview:
This article explains how Building Managers can Cancel a facility booking. You can Cancel a booking that is in either Pending or Approved status. Users will be notified via push notification and email when their booking has been Cancelled.

Follow the steps below on how to Cancel a booking


Step 1: Starting from the left navigation bar head to Bookings > Facility Bookings


Step 2: Once you are in the Facility Bookings calendar, select a booking which you'd like to Cancel
Tip: Use the filters to quickly locate the booking you want to Cancel


Step 3: With the side modal now open, click the 'Manage' button at the footer.



Step 4: A pop-up modal appear. Click Cancel Booking.


The Cancellation process is now complete and the booking status has now been updated to Cancel.

An email notification will be sent to the user and if the booking was for a resident then they will also receive a 

A push notification in the app.
