Overview:
This article explains how Building Managers can approve a facility booking. You can approve a booking that has a Pending status. Residents will be notified via push notification and email when their booking has been approved.

Follow the steps below on how to approve a booking


Step 1: Starting from the left navigation bar head to Bookings > Facility Bookings


Step 2: Once you are in the Facility Bookings calendar, select a pending booking which you'd like to Approve.
Tip: Use the filters to quickly locate all Pending bookings.


Step 3: With the side modal now open, click the 'Manage' button at the footer.



Step 4: A pop-up modal appear. Click Approve Booking.


The approval process is now complete and the booking status has now been updated to Approved. The resident will be notified with a push notification in the app and an email notification.
