Overview:
This article covers how a Building manager can edit an existing Facility. Any changes to an existing booking wont impact existing, new changes will only apply to future bookings.


How to create a Facility:

Step 1: Starting from the left navigation bar head to Settings > Facility 


Step 2: Once you are in the Facility settings page, click on a facility that you want to edit which will then open up a side modal.


Step 3: With the side modal now open, you can start editing General details for this facility.


Step 4: You can also update the availabilities, booking types, booking rules (i.e. max duration, booking approval, booking restrictions etc.) payments and access control. 

Please bare in mind that there are further steps required when changing between different booking types (Flexible, Fixed Slot and All Day). Refer to our Booking Types article for more information.


Step 5: You can also Close/Archive an Open facility or Reactivate a Closed/Archived facility.
