Overview:
This article covers how a Building manager can create a booking for a Facility for themselves or onbehalf of a resident through the Facility calendars page.

How to book a Facility:

Step 1: Starting from the left navigation bar head to Bookings > Facility Bookings


Step 2: Once you are in the Facility Bookings calendar, press 'Create Booking' on the righthand corner, which will open up a side modal.


Step 3: With the side modal now open, select the user for whom you would like to make a booking for. You can search for a any active resident, your own user or another Building Manager.


Once you've selected a user, their details will appear below the search bar. If you'd like to choose another user, type the name of another user in the search bar.


Step 4: Select the facility you'd like to book.
Step 5: Select the day and time for your booking.

Tip: Click and drag a time range on the selected day of your booking.

Times outside the available opening hours will be greyed out and clickable

Times that have been booked will be blocked out depending on the colour of the facility.



Step 6: Click 'Create' to submit your booking request.
