If you have an existing SUPA Energy account, you can easily link it to the connecX app to manage your energy usage and payments. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Navigate to the Energy Page
Open the connecX app.
Go to "My Apartment" and select the "Energy" page.
If your account isn’t linked yet, you’ll see an empty energy page.
Tap the "Link Account" button to proceed.
Don’t have a SUPA Energy account?
Tap "Register", which will open a web browser and take you to the SUPA Energy "Move In" page where you can sign up for a new account.
Step 2: Link Your SUPA Energy Account
On the Link Account page, enter your SUPA Energy account number.
Tap the "Link Account" button.
An account verification email will be sent to the email address associated with your SUPA Energy account.
Step 3: Verify Your Account
Open the verification email and click the "Verify" link.
After verifying, return to the connecX app.
Tap "Check Status" to refresh the Energy page.
Your energy account details, including consumption and billing information, will now be visible in the app.
Note: If you refresh the app or navigate back to the Energy page manually, the app will automatically link your SUPA Energy account without needing to tap "Check Status."

Tap "Resend" (available every 30 seconds) to request a new verification email.
