Step 1: Navigate to the energy page

  1. Open the connecX app on your device.

  2. In my Apartment, go to the Energy page.

  3. locate the "My Energy Dashboard" card at the top

  4. Here, you’ll see an at-a-glance view of your energy account balance.

  5. Tap the "Pay Now" button to proceed.

Alternatively:

  • From the Energy page, Go to the "Bills & Payments" page.

  • At the top of this page, you’ll find the "Billing Overview" card, which also displays your balance and a "Make a Payment" button.


Step 2: Review Your Balance

Your energy account balance may display in one of the following states:

  • Upcoming Balances: Shows payments due soon.

  • Overdue Balances: Highlights any overdue payments.

  • Zero Balance: Displays "You're all paid up" when no payment is required.


Step 3: Make a Payment

  1. Tap the "Pay Now" or "Make a Payment" button.

  2. An in-app browser will open, taking you directly to the SUPA Energy/Utilmate payment page.

  3. Your payment amount will be pre-filled for your convenience, however you can change this to your desired amount.

  4. Complete your payment following the on-screen instructions.

  5. Once completed your payment you will be presented a confirmation notification on the browser.
