We’ve made improvements and resolutions to the connecX portal, ensuring a smoother and more intuitive experience for Building Managers. These improvements focus on refining usability and resolving reported issues.
Key Improvements
1. "No Options" Indicator Added in Dropdowns: Dropdown menus now display a “No options” message when no selections are available. This update ensures a more intuitive user interface and prevents confusion when no selection options exist.
2. SUPA Energy registration form: The Energy registration form has been updated to ensure proper field validation and formatting for the postal address and date of birth fields. These updates will improve data input accuracy when a user registers for an SUPA energy account.
Resolutions
1. Archived Users and Unit Occupancy: We've resolved an issue where archived users incorrectly marked units as "Occupied" on the Units Page. This fix ensures that only active residents and users are displayed as occupying a unit, more accurately representing your building's occupancy status.
2. Empty Units Filter: Previously, units were not hidden when the "Empty" filter option was applied on the Units page. This has been fixed, so when you select "Empty," the system will now only display unoccupied units, making it easier to manage and track available spaces.
