We’ve made some significant uplifts to the Maintenance Calendar, designed to provide an improved and comprehensive monthly overview of scheduled maintenance jobs, work orders, and inspections, including both existing and planned tasks.
Key Features:
- Enhanced Filters:
Users can filter the calendar by Item Type (Work Orders, Inspections), Status (Pending, In Progress, Completed, Archived), and Maintenance Category.
Multiple filter options can be selected simultaneously, with a “Select All” option for convenience. - Status Tracking:
Visual indicators with coluor-coded statuses help track the progress of inspections and work orders. - Interactive Elements:
Click on calendar items to view summarised details via a popover message, with options to navigate directly to the specific inspection or work order page. - Printing Options:
Print the calendar in landscape (Month view) or portrait (Agenda view) format. - Date Navigation:
Quickly jump to the present day or navigate between months using the left and right chevrons. Users can switch between Month and Agenda views for different perspectives.
