We’re pleased to announce a new enhancement to the Visitor Page, making it easier to manage visitor bookings that require carpark reservations.

With this update, residents can now seamlessly book a carpark when scheduling a visitor. Simply navigate to the Visitor Page under "My Home/Apartment," fill in the visitor's details, and select the "I want to book a carpark" option. If disability carparks are available at your site, this option will be visible for selection. Then submit.

Key Features:

  • Parking Integration: Book a carpark directly alongside your visitor’s reservation.
  • Time Management: Parking start and end times default to the visitation period. To extend parking, simply adjust the visitation period accordingly.
  • Automated Assignment: Upon completing the booking, the system automatically assigns a carpark space, which can be easily accessed from the Visitor Page.

This enhancement streamlines the process, ensuring a smoother experience for residents and their guests.
