connecX has extended the current registration form to include a new energy onboarding for a SUPA energy account. This update is relevant for sites with connecX and SUPA energy and will streamline the registration process for residents who require a connecX and SUPA energy account.

How will this work?

When a resident submits their connecX registration, the system detects whether their unit requires energy setup. If necessary, the system will present the new energy registration form to the residents, prompting them to create a SUPA energy account.

This enhancement ensures that residents and tenants can complete both their connecX and SUPA Energy registration in one seamless go.

  • Integrated Process: Automatically prompts users to complete energy registration if needed, based on unit status and move-in date.

  • Tailored Forms: Separate forms for residential and commercial tenants, capturing essential service, billing, and business details.

  • User Experience: We have tailored this registration form so that there is minimum effort required for the residents. The registration form will have pre-select options and is based off the onboarding procedure on the SUPA energy website.

  • Post-Submission Flow: Successful submissions create a SUPA Energy account. Residents will be presented with their account number and next steps, such as setting up a direct debit. Residents will also be sent automated welcome packages.
