Step 1: Head to the portal and sign in using your account’s email address, then click continue.

Step 2: In the next page, below Enter your password, click Reset Password

Step 3: Verification code will be sent to your registered email address. Enter this code and proceed to continue.

Step 4: Create a new password, confirm it, and click continue.

Step 5: You will then be prompted to authenticate your account. This will be depending on your initially selected authentication method. Upon completing the authentication, you will be logged back into the portal.
