Step 1: If your account has already been registered, download the connecX app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Step 2: Open the app and sign in using your account’s email address, then click continue.
Step 3: You’ll be then taken to the verification page, where you’ll enter a verification code. The one-time use verification code will be sent via email. Enter this code to proceed.
Step 4: Set up password, confirm it, and click continue.
Step 5: A pop-up will prompt you to read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Once you’ve read them, tick the checkbox to accept and click continue. You will then be automatically logged into the app.
Step 6: Choose a method of authentication.
Step 7: Depending on your choice, you will be required to enter either an email address, a mobile number or scan a QR code.
The example below is of a user who has selected Email as their authentication method.
Step 8: Enter another one-time use verification code which will be sent either via emai/SMS or from the Authenticator app.

Step 9: Lastly, record your recovery codes in a safe place. Then click continue to be logged into connecX.
