Before you log into the portal, an account must have been created for you. If you're aware that no account has been created, please ask an existing portal user to create yourself a new portal account.

Once your account has been created it will have an “Awaiting Activation” status. An email confirming that your account has been registered, will be sent to the email address associated to your account. That email will also provide the steps to active your account, those steps are as follows;

 

  1. Head to the connecX portal (portal.connecx.com.au) and sign in using your account’s email address.



  1. You’ll be then taken to the verification page and a one-time use verification code will be sent via email. Enter this code and continue.



  2. Create a secure password, confirm it, then click continue.




  3. Lastly, a pop-up will appear prompting you to read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policies. After reading, tick the checkbox to accept and click continue to be logged into the connecX portal.
