Steps required to create an event booking


How to

Starting from the navigation bar at the bottom of the app, press Home tab > My Community/Neigbouhood card > Events card. 


Once you are in the Events booking page, a list of events (if any) will be displayed.


The list will show the picture, name and date of the event, and whether it can be booked. 

Select one of the events from the list.


The booking method may vary depending on the type of event.

  • Bookable Event - Book through connecX app
  • RSVP Event - Book through external URL
  • No Booking required Event


If the event is a bookable event:

  1. Press BOOK
  2. Select the amount of tickets to book
  3. Press CONFIRM

Upon a successful event booking creation, you should be prompted with a success message. 


If the event is an RSVP event:

  1. Press the Hyperlink 
  2. A new browser will be opened
  3. Create a booking on the external website
