Overview:
connecX has taken on feedback to improve the experience between the app and the FDI readers. The previous behaviour was that whenever your phone had no signal, no connection to wifi, no mobile data or was in flight mode, the app would log users out. We understood that this was an inconvenience, especially when you are trying to scan FDI readers as you enter/exit the building, in the basement or in an elevator. As a result we have updated our app which will no longer log users out when there's no Wi-Fi, Data or Signal. We believe this will help improve the experience between the app and FDI readers which will allow user to continuous scanning of the readers
