Smart Home Integration

• Ability to control lights, blinds, climate and set scenes in the app such as Good Night, Goodbye.

Smart Lock 

• Integration of the smart lock into connecX app
• Ability to use BLE to access lock using the phone
• Ability to remotely open apartment door
• Ability to provide visitor access
• Synchonization of users between connecX and Breeze cloud

Access Control

• Integration to the chosen access control system to provide touch-free access for residents to the building, the lift, and the apartment, using their mobile device.
• For iPassan this includes the following integrations:
  1. User synchronization between iPassan and connecX
  2. Facility booking synchronization
  3. BLE access to all FDI readers using the connecX App
  4. Ability to provide visitor access
  5. Ability for system to auto add access profiles to users
  6. coming soon - Ability to auto-generate mobile and pin code credentials
• For Salto Space the integration is limited to facility booking synchronization

Lift Control 

• Residents can use the connecX mobile app to call the lift by entering a location and destination into the lift call feature of the app.
• Available for all DX class lifts.
• Note that there is a Kone subscription fee of $80 per lift.

Parcel Locker

• Integration with selected Parcel Locker system to receive delivery notifications and details in the resident app.
• For Ground Floor parcel locker systems, the integration supports user synchronization between the two systems as well as delivery notifications in the app.
• App users will receive their parcel locker PIN or QR code in the app.

• Integration of connecX with Magic Info to share connecX News content on Lobby Screens.
