Facility Bookings

  • Ability to set up facilities within the portal, apply availabilities, restrictions, payment requirements, add documents, and more
  • Ability to set up payments for facilities with Stripe
  • Ability to book a facility form within the app based on set availabilities
  • Ability to take facility payments in the app (This is on request and a set-up fee is applicable)
  • Facility booking approvals are sent to the building manager if required.
  • Bookings can be made also in the portal

Service Bookings

  • Ability to book services by apartment residents.     
  • Apartment residents place a service booking in the app which registers in the portal.
  • Services can be configured and managed in the portal
  • Building managers/concierges will coordinate with the service providers  

Delivery Management

  • Management of parcel deliveries.  Parcels received by the concierge/building manager are entered into the system (scanned or typed), which will notify the resident on their mobile app. 
  • Deliveries from parcel lockers also displayed in the portal

Visitor Bookings

  • Residents can create visitor bookings which are visible in the portal
  • Resident visitor bookings can be provided with access if integrated with the access control system
  • Registration of visitor parks against visitor bookings
Car Park Bookings
  • Ability to register car parks in settings
  • Residents can request a visitor car park in their visitor booking
  • Building Managers can approve/reject the car park request
  • Car park automatically allocated to visitor 
  • All car park bookings visible in the portal

Building News

  • Ability to create news blogs in the portal with image and text which display in the mobile app for residents

Maintenance Requests

  • The ability for residents to lodge maintenance requests.  These requests will be visible in the portal. 
  • Building managers can approve/reject these requests and can create work orders from these requests (if Facility Management is enabled)

Events

  • Ability to post blog-style events which can be viewed on the app or retrieved by voice control. 
  • Ability to allow residents to book events within the mobile app.

Messaging

  • Residents can message concierge/building management via a messaging function.
  • The concierge can message back and can also send broadcast messages to groups of residents/owners
User Management
  • Ability to manage system users
  • Users register via site-based registration form and the building manager approves registrations
  • Users create an account to enable mobile app login
Unit Management
  • Ability to view all maintenance requests against a unit
  • Ability to view unit occupancy
  • Ability to register companies against units
  • Ability to see all iPassan access profiles against the apartment and the Schlage smart lock.
Key Management
  • Ability to create and manage keys issued to contractors or visitors
  • Keys can be checked in or out
Surveys
  • Ability to set up a link to Mailchimp Surveys in the portal
  • Resident will see the Mailchimp survey in the app and can complete the survey
Community Links
  • Ability to create community links in the portal which can be used for promotion of local businesses and can include promotional information
  • Residents can view these links in the app and can connect with these businesses via their website
