If your apartment has a Schlage lock installed, then you will be able to lock/unlock it remote, using the connecX app. Before doing so, your building manager must 'invite you' through the Breeze cloud. Once invited by the building manager, you will receive an email sent from Allegion. This email will contain your login password and your email address will be used as the username when 'logging into' the Schlage lock in connecX.
Set up Schlage lock
Step 1: Head to the Access Control page in the settings. Once in this, page click on Schlage (the bottom card).
Step 2: Enter your account's email address and the password sent from Allegion.
Step 3: Once you have successfully set up the lock access, you will be able to see the Schlage lock available to you.
Step 4: Select the lock. From here you can unlock/lock the lock, see records of all the unlock/lock events, details of the lock itself as well as it's battery life.
You can also sign out of your Schlage lock account and sign i to different Schlage lock account.
The sign out button can be found on the top right corner of the lock page.
