One key change in release 3.1 is the removal of site-specific content in the portal.
In the past, we have curated the portal access to what individual sites thought they wanted to see.
Going forward we will show all portal content that is contained in the site's subscription settings.

NOTE: This does not impact the tiles shown in the app. Where sites do not wish to display Maintenance Requests for example to their residents, these will continue to be hidden.
