Job Types
This allows portal users to set job types which are shown in the app maintenance request section
Delivery Categories
These allow the classification of deliveries in the portal and app. These could include
- Parcel
- Letter
- Cold Storage
- Large Item
etc
Contractor Categories
These are used to categorise and filter for contractors in the contractor list
