The Alexa voice skill for your building may support this function if you have a nurse call device (Care@Home C7000 panel) installed for your apartment.
This can be useful in emergency situations where you need medical assistance.
- Say "Alexa, ask the Healey to call the nurse" or "...call for help"
- Alexa will ask for confirmation: "Would you like me to call the nurse?"
Yes:
- Say "Yes" and the call centre will be notified and help will be on its way
No:
- If nothing is said for 30 seconds then the call centre will also be notified of the emergency (this is a safety feature)
- Say "No" within 30 seconds and the call will not be made
- If you say "No" after 30 seconds, then the call centre will be notified and the emergency will be cancelled
