Parcels that are delivered to a My Parcel Locker is automatically registered with the ConnecX system and can be viewed in the portal and app just like any other delivery.
The locker number is shown in the "Parcel Locker" field.
The status of the delivery will change automatically when a parcel arrives and when the user collects the parcel, so the entire process is automatic and does not require any manual operation.
