Create a Visitor : connecX

Create a Visitor Print

Select Visitors from the side navigation bar
Click the New button in the top menu bar
Search for the user they are visiting in the Visiting User field – this should automatically fill out the building and apartment fields
Enter the guest information into the remaining fields
Click Save

The visitor will be created in the list with a status of Planned
