This document will cover removing your cookies for the connecX portal.
1. To start ensure that you are logged out of your current connecX portal account.
2. Select the lock on the left side of your search bar this should give you a drop down menu with the option either to remove cookies or to view them. Select the cookies option.
3. You should then see a pop up displaying your cookies, select the cookie sets in the menu and press remove. Once they have been removed you can press done.
4. Perform a force refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + R on your keyboard to ensure that the website cache is clear, and then log back into connecX to continue use.
