The following outlines the account linking process to account link your Amazon account with your connecX Account:
Steps
1. Navigate to the Amazon Alexa Skill Store (see this article to show you how: https://connecx.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/51000118658)
2. Search for your skill name in the skill store
3. Open the skill by clicking on it
4. Click to Enable to skill
5. Enable Notifications
You will need to enable notifications to allow Alexa to provide you news updates and messages from your community.
Click to Save Permissions
6. Link the Account to connecX
Click on the "Link Account" button and enter your connecx credentials (your email and password used for the mobile app)
Press "Verify" to verify your login.
Select "Accept" to link the skill to your account.
You can now start using your Voice app on your smart speaker.
Please note that you can manage all of your Alexa devices using the Alexa App
