Maintenance requests support communication between apartment residents and building management.  Residents can create maintenance requests for their apartment and message them to building management.  When a maintenance request is first created, it is set to a Pending state. This means that it has not been reviewed by building management.


Once received, building management can action the request and approve this for action.  Building management can then coordinate the required maintenance effort.  The status of the maintenance request will then be set to Approved.


Once a maintenance request has been completed, building management will mark the request as completed and this will set the status to Completed.


As a mobile user, you will be notified via mobile phone notifications if your maintenance request has changed status.
