Energy Data

If your app is enabled for energy management, please ensure you enter your energy account number where prompted in the Account page. Without your SUPA Energy account number, data cannot be retrieved and displayed in the app.  


Once you have entered your account number, please press verify.  An email will then be sent to your email address registered with your energy provider.  Validate your account by clicking on the email link.  Once the email has been validated your energy data can be retrieved from SUPA Energy and displayed in the Home/Apartment section of the mobile app.


Connect your SUPA Energy account to the app.
Step 1:  Head to the Energy page within the Account Page

Step 2:  Enter your SUPA Energy account number.


Step 3: Click the Verify button


Step 4: Access your email account registered with SUPA Energy


Step 5: Validate your email address by clicking on the email link
