Steps required to create maintenance request
How to
Starting from the navigation bar at the bottom of the app, press Home tab > Apartment card > Maintenance Bookings card.
Once you are in the maintenance request page press the plus button + in the top right of the page
Fill in the required form details and press SAVE.
Upon a successful Maintenance booking creation you should be prompted with a success message.
The created request will be set to a pending state (refers to all new requests which have not been actioned by building management.)
