Steps required to cancel service bookings


Step 1: Navigate to the Booking tab from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen


Step 2: Select an existing service booking


Step 3: Press CANCEL BOOKING

Upon successful cancellation, you will be taken back to the updated service booking list.


Booking Status

  • Bookings that are Pending (Refers to all new bookings which have not been actioned by building management.) will be cancelled and removed from the app.
  • Bookings the have been Approved and then cancelled will be set to a Cancel Requested status (Refers to all bookings which were approved and a cancellation has been requested by a resident). These will then need to be reviewed by the service manager to ensure that the cancellation is still possible.
