Step 1: Navigate to the My Bookings tab from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen


Step 2: If you've made bookings then you'll be able to see a list of your service bookings. 



Service Booking Statuses

The status field displays the current status of the booking


Status
Description
Pending
Refers to all new bookings which have not been actioned by building management.
Confirmed
Refers to all bookings which have been confirmed by building management.
Archived
Refers to all bookings which have been deleted.
Change Requested
Refers to all bookings which were approved and a change has been requested by residents
Cancel Requested
Refers to all bookings which were confirmed and a cancellation has been requested by residents.
