Step 1: Navigate to the Booking tab from the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.


Step 2: Select an existing service booking


Step 3: Change the necessary fields as required


Step 4: Press SAVE

  • Bookings that are Pending continue to be Pending (refers to all new bookings which have not been actioned by building management.)
  • Bookings the have been Approved and then edited will be set to a Change Requested status (refers to all bookings which were approved and a change has been requested by a resident)
