Overview:
If there are Services available in your apartments, then you will have the ability to book them through the connecX app. Depending on how your building management has set up the Services, residents will either book with the management team or directly with the service provider.

How to book a service:

Step 1: Starting from the navigation bar at the bottom of the app, press Building card > Service Bookings card.


Step 2: Once you are in the Service booking page, select one of the services that you want to book.


Step 3: Fill in the following booking details:

  1. Select a date from the calendar
  2. Select a time from the dropdown by pressing select
  3. Press CONFIRM
  4. Leave any notes and choose the access mode from the access dropdown
  5. Check the Terms and Conditions checkbox if you agree to the Terms and Conditions 


Step 4: Submit your booking request. Upon a successful Service booking creation, you should be prompted with a success message. The building management team or service provider will be notified of this new booking.

Your created booking will be set to Pending (refers to all new bookings which have not been actioned (approved/rejected) by building management).
