How To


Steps required to create a new user in the contacts page:


1. Select "User Management" -> "Users" from the Menu Bar:



2. Click on the "New" button on the header bar



3. Enter First NameLast Name, email and contact type. Preference will default to email if no selection is selected.



4. Enter the Name and Number of the emergency contact however these fields are not required for completion.



5. Click the Add a pet button in the Pet Information section to add a pet to the user.

Enter the relevant information for the pet to attach the pet to the user


6. Select Building, Apartment and Postal Address. Utilise the Use selected apartment address to auto fill the address with the selected apartments address.



7. If applicable enter Registration for the contacts vehicle information however this is not required for completion.



8. If the Contact type is a tenant enter Agency, Contact Name and Contact Number. Followed by the lease Start and End dates


9. If the Contact Type is an Owner Occupier then enter occupancy Start and End dates.


10. Once all the information has been entered press the Save Button.
