User registrations apply for any new users to the connecX platform which have not already been created as contacts in the contacts section of the portal.
New users can register via the mobile app or can be provided a direct web link to the registration form. The weblink is unique to the site being registered and will be issued to the site by the connecX team.
In-App Registrations
If a future resident has downloaded the app, they can log into the app in "DEMO" mode. This mode does not require login and password information and allows future residents to explore the building and precinct where applicable.
Future residents will find the user registration form under MY HOME > REGISTRATION
Once they have completed the registration, the information is routed to the connecX portal and can be reviewed by Building Management.
