Removal bookings can be made by both the tenant and the building manager by reserving one of the bookable removals locations such as a loading dock.
The resident can book a Move-in by selecting this in the app:
They can select from three moving types:
- Move in
- Move out
- Moving Goods
The details entered can be viewed in the Portal against the facility booking. See below:
If there is an issue with the booking, you can make contact with the resident by clicking on their name which will take you to their contact details.
