You can delete any of the existing facility bookings in the portal.
Please note that if you delete a booking made by a resident that this will update the booking in their mobile app. The resident will be notified of this change.
How to
- Select Facility Bookings from the side navigation bar
- Select the booking you wish to delete by clicking on it
- Press Archive to delete the booking.
- Confirm the deletion of the event by clicking Confirm
The booking will now be removed from the calendar and the user notified of the deletion of their booking.
