You can delete any of the existing facility bookings in the portal.

 

Please note that if you delete a booking made by a resident that this will update the booking in their mobile app.  The resident will be notified of this change. 


How to 

  1. Select Facility Bookings from the side navigation bar
  2. Select the booking you wish to delete by clicking on it 
     
  3. Press Archive to delete the booking. 
  4. Confirm the deletion of the event by clicking Confirm 

The booking will now be removed from the calendar and the user notified of the deletion of their booking.
