You can edit any of the existing facility bookings in the portal. 


Please note that if you change a booking made by a resident that this will update the booking in their mobile app.  The resident will be notified of this change. 

How to 

  1. Select Facility Bookings from the side navigation bar 
  2. Select the booking you wish to edit by clicking on it 
     
  3. You can change/add notes and change the date/time of the booking 
    You cannot change the owner of the booking or the facility. If you wish to change the booking to a different facility, then you must DELETE the booking and make a new booking. 
  4. Click Save to confirm the booking

The updated booking will now show in the calendar.
