Facility bookings allow residents to book certain building facilities via their mobile device or via voice control (where available). The main calendar view provides an overview of this month's upcoming bookings, and also allows the building management to create and edit bookings. Building management can update the available facilities in the Facility Management settings page.
Block Out Times
All facilities have set block out times for times that the facility is not available for booking. You can adjust the available times of facilities in the settings, and have the option to set their availabilities to span over multiple days, be open 24 hours, or during specific times and days.
