The Service Bookings portal page is an overview of all the service bookings that have been created by residents. You have the ability to approve, reject, and delete any bookings or edit booking times and notes as required.
Booking List
The initial view of the service bookings page will detail the most important information regarding each booking.
Large lists of bookings will be separated over multiple different pages to limit the number of bookings loaded at once. Each page can quickly and easily be changed via the buttons located on the top right.
Filters
You can filter columns by selecting a filter such as services or status. Using the services filter you can select to view booking requests for a single service. Using the status filter you can review different statuses of booking requests. Note that by default, archived bookings are deselected in the filter. To view archived bookings you will have to select this status on the status filter.
On the top left of the page, you can reset the default filters and also utilize the search bar to search for keywords of any of the listed information listed.
Booking Details
The service booking details can be viewed by clicking on any of the entries in the list view.
This view displays all of the booking details as entered by residents on the app, as well as the status of the booking.
Clicking on the User Name (example: Melrose Owner above), will change the portal screen to the contacts section. Click on this only to retrieve user contact details, as this will exit the service bookings function of the portal.
Status
The status field displays the current status of the booking
Status | Description |
Pending | Refers to all new bookings which have not been actioned by building management. |
Confirmed | Refers to all bookings which have been confirmed by building management. |
Archived | Refers to all bookings which have been deleted. |
Change Requested | Refers to all bookings which were approved and a change has been requested by residents |
Cancel Requested | Refers to all bookings which were confirmed and a cancellation has been requested by residents. |
Actions
There are three possible actions which can be taken by building management to respond to a service booking request:
Actions | Description |
Approve | This confirms the service booking with the resident. |
Delete | This deletes the service booking in the portal and for the resident. Residents should be contacted prior to a booking being deleted. |
Cancel | This cancels any changes and returns to the list screen for service bookings. |
Update | This occurs when a confirmed booking is edited and new details need to be saved. |
