The portal dashboard presents a high-level view of what is happening on the connecX platform.
The first component of the portal dashboard is the Status Row.
Occupancy
The proportion of units that are occupied by an active user or a user that is awaiting activation.
Active Residents
Total number of active residents. Those resident user types that are not active will have an Awaiting Activation status.
Keys Out
Keys that have been checked out to a visitor by a Building Manager
Uncollected Parcels
The number of deliveries for residents that have not been collected.
Unread Messages
Unread Messages received from residents.
Visitors Today
The number of registered visitors planned for a visit for the day.
Clicking on any of these items will direct the portal user to the relevant page on the portal.
